These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Website, any associated mobile applications, and the services or information we offer, including but not limited to corporate office interior design, turnkey fit‑out execution, sustainability consulting, and post‑occupancy support (collectively, “Services”).

By accessing or using the Website or our Services, you (“you”, “User”) agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please refrain from using the Website.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract under applicable law to use the Website or engage our Services.

3. Acceptance of Terms

Your continued use of the Website constitutes acceptance of these Terms and any future revisions we may make. We may update the Terms at any time by posting the revised version on the Website with a new “Last updated” date. It is your responsibility to review the Terms periodically.

4. Scope of Services

GreenLiving.in provides information about and facilitates:

Conceptual & detailed interior design for corporate workplaces.

Turnkey fit‑out execution including procurement, project management, and site supervision.

Technology‑enabled project dashboards and digital‑twin handover deliverables.

Sustainability advisory, certifications, and energy‑performance optimisation.

Project‑specific services are governed by separate written agreements (“Project Agreements”). In the event of a conflict between these Terms and any Project Agreement, the latter will prevail.

5. Quotes, Orders and Payment

All quotations are valid for the period specified therein. Cost estimates are subject to change based on material price fluctuations, design revisions, and statutory levies.

Work will commence only after

(a) acceptance of the quotation,

(b) execution of the Project Agreement, and

(c) receipt of the agreed mobilisation advance.

Payments shall be made as per the milestone schedule in the Project Agreement. Delayed payments may attract interest at 2% per month and may suspend Services.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Website—including text, graphics, logos, photographs, videos, CAD/BIM models, and software—is owned by or licensed to GreenLiving.in and is protected by Indian and international intellectual‑property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works, publicly display, or exploit any part of the Website without our prior written consent.

Project‑specific deliverables remain our intellectual property until all dues are cleared in full, after which ownership/licence terms in the Project Agreement apply.

7. User Obligations and Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Post or transmit any unlawful, defamatory, or harmful material.

Introduce viruses, trojans, or other malicious code.

Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our servers or networks.

Use automated systems (bots, spiders) to scrape data without permission.

8. Confidentiality

We and you shall keep confidential all non‑public information exchanged in relation to a project, except where disclosure is required by law or expressly authorised.

9. Data Protection & Privacy

Personal data we collect is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the Information Technology (Reasonable Security Practices and Procedures and Sensitive Personal Data or Information) Rules, 2011. By using the Website, you consent to such processing.

10. Third‑Party Links

The Website may contain links to third‑party sites. We are not responsible for the content or practices of those sites and the inclusion of a link does not imply endorsement.

11. Warranties and Disclaimers

The Website and its content are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose.

While we endeavour to ensure accuracy, we do not warrant that the Website will be error‑free, secure, or continuously available.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, GreenLiving.in shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages arising from your use of the Website or Services. Our total liability for direct damages shall not exceed INR 10,000 or the amount you paid to us for the relevant Service in the three months preceding the claim, whichever is greater.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless GreenLiving.in and its directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or related to your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Website.

14. Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, labour disputes, pandemics, supply‑chain disruptions, or governmental actions.

15. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Website at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful to other users or us. Upon termination, Sections 6, 8, 11–13, 17 and any other provisions that by their nature should survive will remain in effect.

16. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hyderabad, Telangana.

17. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

18. Entire Agreement

These Terms (together with any Project Agreements and our Privacy Policy) constitute the entire agreement between you and GreenLiving.in regarding the Website and Services, superseding any prior agreements, communications or understandings.
